Shipping policy

Shipping will be performed upon order processing (maximum of 2 days from order date) and delivery expected in 3-8 business days for domestic orders and 15-25 days for international orders.

Usually orders are being received earlier than our time frame however, some orders might be delayed because of security checks/customs stops and for this matter, we do not have full control as to when they will release the packages for delivery. But rest assured that our team will work hard to have it delivered to you the fastest way possible.

Once you place an order, you should receive an email with the respective order confirmation. If you did not receive any email from us, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is specially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
